Banky's Bakehouse

We partnered with Banky’s Bakehouse to design and develop a fully custom website that supports both direct-to-consumer sales and wholesale operations. Built using the Next.js framework, the new site delivers exceptional performance, fast load times, and a seamless shopping experience—while providing the flexibility needed to support the bakery’s continued growth. The website includes a robust online store that allows customers to purchase baked goods and specialty items directly online. To streamline operations and ensure reliable payment processing, the store is fully integrated with the bakery’s Clover POS system, keeping transactions consistent across both in-store and online sales channels. In addition to retail sales, we developed a dedicated wholesale portal designed specifically for Banky’s Bakehouse’s wholesale partners. This secure area allows wholesale customers to place orders while receiving custom pricing based on their individual agreements. The system supports multiple discount structures, including per-customer pricing rules and flexible discount options, giving the bakery complete control over how wholesale relationships are managed. On the backend, we built a custom administrative dashboard that allows the owners to easily manage products across the public menu, online store, and wholesale catalog—all from a single interface. To support smarter pricing decisions, we also implemented a built-in profit calculator that enables the team to enter production costs and apply desired profit margins, ensuring consistent and accurate pricing across all sales channels. To complete the e-commerce experience, we added shipping confirmation and order tracking functionality. Once an order is fulfilled, the bakery can input tracking details, automatically notifying customers and allowing them to follow their shipment throughout the delivery process. By combining modern front-end technology, POS integration, advanced wholesale functionality, and powerful backend tools, the Banky’s Bakehouse website now serves as a comprehensive digital platform—supporting retail customers, wholesale partners, and internal operations with equal efficiency.
